If you are attempting to verify your account via email, but are not receiving the verification emails, then your email provider may be blocking the emails. This guide will instruct you on resolution steps in order to allow your email provider to accept the verification emails. If you are still not receiving the verification email after following the instruction below, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Select your email provider from the list below for instructions:
Step 1 Click on the gear icon to go into your settings and then select See all settings.
Step 2 Click on Mail and then select Junk email.
Step 3 In the "Safe senders and domains" section, click on + Add and add email@example.com.
Step 4 In a new tab, open your dashboard and resend yourself the verification email.
Step 1 Click on the gear icon to go into your settings and then select View all Outlook Emails.
Step 2 Click on Filters and Blocked Addresses and then click Create a new filter.
Step 3 In the "From" section, enter firstname.lastname@example.org and click Create filter.
Step 4 In a new tab, open your dashboard and click Verify Now to resend yourself a new verification link.
