Step 1 This is typically due to a session time out, begin by logging out of your account and back in. If this does not resolve the issue proceed to the following steps.
Step 2 Right-click on the screen and select Inspect.
Step 3 Click on Applications.
Step 4 Double click on Cookies
Step 5 Righ-click on the https://app.grin.co and select clear.
Step 6 Lastly, do a hard/force refresh to clear your cache. For Mac press Command + Shift + R and for PC click Control + F5
