How to Manage the Reporting Dashboard

The Dashboard provides additional visibility into the performance of your Influencer Marketing Programs and provides a high-level overview of key performance metrics that are visualized in several widgets.

How to Add and Remove Widgets

You are able to add and remove widgets from view to ensure you are only seeing the performance metrics that pertain to your Programs. 

Step 1 Go to Reporting within the navigation bar and click Dashboard.

Step 2 Click Settings on the top right. 

Step 3 Toggle on and off next to the widgets you would like to add or remove.

Step 4 Click Save. 

 

How to Use Filters

Within the Dashboard, you are able to filter by date to have a better understanding of performance within a specific date range. Also, you are able to filter by Brand (if more than one), Campaign, Partnership, and Owner.

Step 1 Go to Reporting within the navigation bar and click Dashboard.

Step 2 On the top left-hand side click the options to filter the widgets based on the Past 7 days, Past 30 days, All Time, and from a date range

Step 3 Click Filters on the right-hand side and filter to a specific Brand, Program, and Owner to view metrics based on these selected options.

Step 4 Click Apply Filters

 

How to Change the Chart View 

On certain widgets, you are able to change the chart view depending on your preference of how you would like to view the data. 

Step 1 Go to Reporting within the navigation bar and click Dashboard.

Step 2 On the top right side of certain widgets, click the chart icons to change the view to the charts displayed below:

Step 3 Within select widgets, you are able to filter out chart legends by clicking on or hovering over, for example, Total, Contacted, or Promoted, as seen below.
