How to Export my Contacts

Use the following guide to learn what information can be exported from your Contacts lists: My Influencers, Prospects, and Applicants and how to export your desired information. 

The default options for export within your Contacts list includes name, email, gender, and other general information readily seen within GRIN. However, you are able to, through the Columns feature, add or remove influencer information to be exported. The extra information to be added includes Audience data, Network Data, and Your Properties

How to Remove existing Columns 

The first step of arranging your file is to remove any Columns that are not needed in your export CSV file. 

Step 1 Click on Contacts and select either My Influencer, Prospects, or Applicants depending on the list you would like to export. 

Step 2 Click the Columns button on the right-hand side.

Step 3 Remove the checkmark next to the Column options you would like to remove and click Save.

How to Add Additional Columns

You can create custom properties to collect additional specific information from your influencers when they submit a proposal. 

Step 1 Click on Contacts and select either My InfluencerProspects, or Applicants depending on the list you would like to export. 

Step 2 Click the Columns button on the right-hand side.

Step 3 Click the checkbox next to the Column options you would like to add and click Save.

Column options default to general information including email to date last updated within the GRIN platform. However, GRIN takes a step further and allows you to add more specific information per influencer under the columns Networks and Audience.

'Networks' displays all the networks that are available within GRIN as well as the Network Reach and Engagement rate for each specific Network.

'Audience' displays the audience data for each influencer across all networks. This includes percentage audience gender, age range, location, credibility, etc.

The 'Your Properties' options allow you to display information that you have generated for the influencer like discount code and affiliate link or custom properties that your influencer has provided while submitting their Live URL.

How to Rearrange Columns

Step 1 Click on Contacts and select either My Influencer, Prospects or Applicants.

Step 2 Click the Columns button.

Step 3 On the left-hand side, drag and drop the columns to your preferred order.

How to Export my Contacts

Once all of the desired Columns have been removed, added, and rearranged you are able to export your contact list. 

Step 1 Click on Contacts and select either My Influencer, Prospects, or Applicants depending on the list you would like to export. 

Step 2 Select all or the desired influencers to export and click the blue checkmark on the top right-hand corner. 

Step 3 Scroll down and click Export Contacts. Your file will then proceed to download as a CSV file.
