If you have multiple Brands, select the Brand where you want to draw product from and base your affiliate links and discount codes off of. Enter an Internal Campaign Title to differentiate between other campaigns.

Select the Team that has visibility and who can edit the campaign. Set your Campaign budget to keep track of your Spend within the campaign's reporting section.

Set the Campaign Dates as Scheduled or Ongoing, if scheduled you have control over how long content can be pulled into the campaign and until how long you will accept proposals. Campaigns will not be visible to influencers outside of the proposal dates.

Establish if you would like your influencers to submit more than one proposal. This is ideal if you would like to run a long-term campaign and offer the option to send more product.

Once you have set up your campaign and reviewed it using the Live URL Preview, allow your infleuncers to view the campaign by selecting Yes for 'Visible to Infleuncers?'

Next, select whether you would like your influencers to be able to upload files. It's recommened to allow this option if you would like your influencers to upload files of their contnet for approval before posting on their social accounts.

Lastly, influencers are required to sync their social networks via an OAuth connection. The OAuth connection is an authentication protocol that allows brands the ability to have secure designated access without the need to share passwords. Rather than sharing passwords, authorization tokens are used to prove identity between the influencer and the brand. During the connection process, the user grants access to read their stories, story insights, and their audience data.

You have the option once you're more familiar with the process to customize how to inform your infleuncers of this required connection process.

Step 7. Tracking

Tracking hashtags and/or mentions are needed in order for GRIN to locate and pull in influencer content. Once an influencer is synced via OAuth, GRIN will know where to search for content and when the tracking mentions and/or hashtags are used know which content to pull in.

Enter a tracking description to inform your influencers the importance of using the exact tracking hashtags provided.

Note

The Content Tracking Tags will be the hashtags and mentions used to pull in the content for your campaign. The Extra Tags are additional mentions and hashtags you would like your influencers to include, but will not be used to pull content.

It is recommended to add campaign specific hashtags/mentions within Content Tracking Tags and your brand hashtag/mention on the extra tags section to use across all campaigns.
