Before creating an influencers order you have the ability to change their addresses if needed. This can be done in a couple of different areas of GRIN and you can also have more than one address saved for your influencers.

Note
The shipping name used when an order is created will be the name recorded within the influencer's contact profile. The shipping address will also be based on the address that is recorded within the influencer's contact profile.
How to Change an Influencers Address Within Their Profile
Step 1 Click on Contacts, in the navigation bar, and select Prospects or My Influencers.
Step 2 Click on the Influencer for the address you will be changing.
Step 3 In the Shipping Addresses section, hover over the name of the address and select the pencil icon.
Step 4 Make the desired changes to the address and click Save Address.
How to Change an Influencers Address Within a Campaign Work Room
Step 1 Click on Program, in the navigation bar, and select Campaigns.
Step 2 Click on the Campaign Work Room icon.
Step 3 In the Fulfillment section, click on the influencer's address.
Step 4 Click Add Address to create a new address or select a new address from the options provided.
How to Add an Additional Shipping Address
Step 1 Click on Contacts, in the navigation bar, and select Prospects or My Influencers.
Step 2 Click on the Influencer for the address you will be changing.
Step 3 In the Shipping Addresses section, click on Add Address.
Step 4 Enter the additional address and click Save Address.
Quick Tip
If you have multiple addresses you can change the primary address by hovering your mouse of the name of any of the addresses listed and click on the star icon. Any future orders created will then be fulfilled under the new primary address selected.
