Why Aren't my Emails Loading?

If you click on an email to read within your GRIN inbox and it doesn't load, then this is an indicator that your email has been disconnected from your account. In this article, we will go through how to reconnect your email in a few simple steps.

Note

After reconnecting your email it may take several minutes for your emails to sync back up into your GRIN mailbox.

 

Step 1 Click on the Account Resource icon in the navigation bar.

Step 2 Click on Account Settings.

Step 3 Select Email Integration and click Reconnect Email.

Step 4 In the pop-up window, enter your email.

Step 5 Enter your password and click Sign In.
