For a better user experience, we have updated and improved the GRIN Email Editor. Use the following guide to navigate the new email editor and the new features that are available.
Updates
To allow for better ease of use in your influencer outreach, we have made the following updates to functions and variables.
Insert Function
You can now insert a template, variables, and your email signature from when emailing influencers.
Auto Insert Variables
Insert variables directly within the body of the email by first typing '$' followed by the first few letters of the variable without a space.
Note
If you want to insert the variable First Name you would type out $first to bring up the corresponding variable options to select from.
Quick Tip
Adding variables to emails will pull in information from the influencers' profile such as first name, Live URL(proposal application), and affiliate links. This eliminates having to add this information to each individual email manually.
New Features
The following new features have been added to allow for more personalization in your influencer outreach.
Insert/Edit Images
Images can now be added to email sequences and templates. Simply, click the ellipsis icon and select the image icon. Add your image source, description and adjust the width and height.
Note
Images have to be hosted in order to uploaded successfully. Paste the URL for where your image is hosted into the source text box.
Adjust Fonts and Character Size
Adjust the fonts and size of your characters within your emails.
Add Special Characters
Add special characters such as currency, arrows, etc. Simply, click the ellipsis icon and select the emoticons icon and special character icon.
Add Character Colors and Highlights
Highlight and change the color of your words and characters. Simply, click the ellipsis icon and select the A icon and the highlighter icon.
Indent Paragraphs
Indent paragraphs within your emails. Simply, click the ellipsis icon and select the indent icon.
