TEMPLATE: How to run an ongoing campaign

This template has been designed specifically for use within Grin and is meant to be used as a guideline template. If there are brand specific edits.

An ongoing campaign is one in which there are no start dates or finish dates. The campaign is not scheduled so the dates for the influencer to submit proposals and content is not restricted. We recommend making all of your campaigns ongoing unless you need content by a certain date.

Step 1. Campaign Basics

  • Choose your brand from the drop-down menu.
Suggested campaign title: [Brand Name] Summer Campaign
  • Upload a campaign image. 

Step 2. Campaign Details

  • Campaign Overview = Enter a description of the campaign.

Campaign Overview Suggestion:
Hey there!

We're looking for creative influencers to spread the word about [Brand]! We want YOU to create social media content with our product and encouraging your followers to go to our website.

Interested? Check out the details below!

  • Campaign Dates = Enter your designated timeline.
  • Recurring Proposals = Non Recurring or Recurring.
  • Visible To Influencers = Yes.

Step 3. Compensation

Step 4. Tracking

  • Campaign #Tags and @Tags = Enter in the hashtags and handles you want to track.
  •  Choose an affiliate link if you are going to use one to track revenue.

Step 5. Influencer Details

  • Add tasks to the campaign.


Task Suggestions:


Select Network = Instagram

Task Name = ???

Media Type = Photo/Video

Required Task = Mandatory

Influencer Requirements = Create an instagram post using our product and giving a brief description of it in the caption while using our tags.


Select Network = Twitter 

Task Name = ???

Media Type = Tweet

Required Task = Optional

Influencer Requirements = Create a tweet saying something you like about our brand or product while using our tags.


Select Network = Instagram

Task Name = Winner Video Post

Media Type = Story

Required Task = Optional

Influencer Requirements = Create a 10 second Instagram video using and promoting our product and encourage them to go to our website


 Step 6. Notifications

  • (Optional) Choose whether you want to send influencers a notification when their proposal has been accepted or denied.

Step 7. Supporting Assets

  • (Optional) Upload any images, videos, or designs for your influencer to use. Or include any brand guidelines for them to follow.

Step 8. Content Rights

  • Select the content rights or cut & paste your brand content rights.

Step 9. Customization

  • (Optional) Update the section titles that will appear in your influencers' Live URLs to match your brand voice.

Click Save to start adding influencers to your campaign!

We've been scrolling through your Instagram feed and LOVE it! We love your creativity and would love to chat about collaborating!

My name is [Name] and I'm with [Brand]. You can check out our [website] and [Instagram]! We're currently looking for a few creators like you to help us with a campaign we're running. You've got everything we're looking for and we think you'd make the perfect partner!
