How to Add & Rearrange Columns in Contacts

Use the following guide to learn how to add and rearrange the columns within your Contacts. This gives you the ability to organize the data collected from your influencers to enhance your workflow.

How to Add Additional Columns

 Quick Tip

You can create custom properties to collect information from your influencers when they submit a proposal. You can also select & rearrange the custom properties you have created to be displayed in your columns. These properties will be found in the "Your Properties" section when you click on "Columns".

Step 1 Click on Contacts and select either My Influencer, Prospects, or Applicants.

Step 2 Click the Columns button.

Step 3 Select the column options you would like to add.

How to Rearrange Columns

Step 1 Click on Contacts and select either My Influencer, Prospects or Applicants.

Step 2 Click the Columns button.

Step 3 On the left-hand side, drag and drop the columns to your preferred order.
