Tasks are used to stay organized with reminders, email follow-ups, to-dos, and due dates within your influencer program workflow.
How to set up internal tasks
Step 1 Click on the Checkmark in the navigation bar.
Step 2 Click on the + New Task button in the right-hand corner.
Step 3 Enter the task name and description and select the type of task (e.g. To-do, email). You can also assign due dates, internal contact and select an associated contact.
Tasks can be used to communicate on action items between the internal teams. The person who is assigned to the task will receive all notifications on the task.
How to set up tasks within influencer profiles
Step 1 Click Contacts and select Prospects or My Influencers.
Step 2 Click on Manage.
Step 3 Select Task and click the Create Task button.
Step 4 Enter the task name, description, and select the type of task (e.g. To-do, email). You can also assign due dates, and internal contact.
