Campaigns are set up to keep your collaborations organized and trackable. Everything from content, product fulfillment, and reporting is kept in one place in order to seamlessly manage high-level and individual progress.
When managing your Campaign, it is important to review each tab below to understand how to navigate the features of the workroom to effectively guide your influencer collaborations:
The Influencers tab contains all of the influencers who you have added to your campaign. You will be able to view a list of their total reach and network connection status. Also, you have the ability to see the number of proposals submitted for the campaign, as well as, the date the most recent proposal was created.
The last column "Content Since Last Proposal" is a quick tool to keep track of which influencers have submitted content based on the agreement made within the proposal. If influencers are not submitting content then you are able to reach out to them directly by sending an email reminding them of the agreement or remove the influencer from your contact list.
Once your influencers have filled out and submitted their proposal within their unique Live URL their proposal will also appear within the Proposals tab of the Campaign Workroom. You'll be able to view the influencers chosen tasks, products, and proposal cost before deciding to Accept, Decline, or Negotiate the proposal.
Within the Discounts tab, you are able to assign your influencers discount codes based on the discount code group chosen within Campaign Settings. If a discount code group was not added to the campaign then this tab will not be visible within the campaign workroom.
If an influencer has already been assigned a discount code based on the discount code group then the discount will automatically populate within the discounts tab.
Once assigned or automatically populated, you are also able to modify each code in bulk or individually.
Within the Links tab, you are able to assign your influencers affiliate links based on the affiliate link group chosen within Campaign Settings. If an affiliate link group was not added to the campaign then this tab will not be visible within the campaign workroom.
If an influencer has already been assigned an affiliate link based on the affiliate link group then their link will automatically populate within the Links tab.
Once assigned or automatically populated, you are also able to modify each link in bulk or individually.
Once proposals have been approved, you are able to send your influencers products within the Fulfillment tab. You are able to create orders, view shipment status, email influencers, delete proposals, etc. within this section.
Within the Progress tab, you are able to have a high-level overview or individual task progress of your influencers within the campaign. You are able to quickly view the date their proposal was created, if product has been fulfilled, and if they have posted content.
