Influencer Recruitment Overview

There are a few ways to recruit potential influencers within GRIN to begin your influencer marketing campaigns. Influencers can be added manually, via a search database, through social listening, or many other mediums. Once your influencers have been recruited you can begin initial outreach and start establishing strong relationships.

Influencer Search

Influencer Search is a database of over 27 million influencers that can be searched by keywords, hashtags, locations, and more. The extensive database gives you the ability to vet hundreds of social profiles across social platforms all in one spot! 

Though it is important to note we are not a network or marketplace where influencers bid for jobs. Search is just one of the many tools that we provide you with to recruit and create long-lasting relationships with influencers that genuinely want to collaborate with you.

 

Chrome Extension

With the GRIN extension, you have the ability to quickly review an influencer's metrics and email address, if available, directly from their Instagram profiles. Once reviewed, you are able to directly import an influencer from Instagram into your GRIN contacts.

 

Manual Add or Upload

Moving your influencer program into GRIN can be as easy as importing your current contacts into GRIN and immediately assigning them to collaborations. Or you are able to manually create your influencer contacts within GRIN. With either manual creation or upload, contact profiles will be created for your influencers where you are able to record information such as email, shipping address, or other custom fields.  

 

Landing Page

A Landing page is a tool to help recruit potential influencers. Landing pages are intended for inbound use in order to collect information from applicants who would like you to join your influencer program. You also have the option to directly link a landing page to a particular campaign so influencers can submit a campaign proposal, as well.

Keep in mind the landing page is for inbound purposes only. Influencers who are already within your "Contacts" will not be able to apply through a landing page. After entering their email, they will be directed to a message indicating their email was already found in your account.

 

Social Listening

Social Listening is a recruitment tool that allows you to track and discover user generated content by connecting your Brand's Instagram account. It identifies influencers based on parameters set-up in your brand, providing the ability to review, search, and identify new influencers who are already engaged with and posting about your brand.

 

User Generated Content

User Generated Content are posts pulled in from influencers who use your Instagram's handle and selected hashtags

You are able to browse posts, organize content into folders, and review posts to see if you would like to engage influencers to be apart of your influencer collaborations. You also have the ability to apply filters such as hashtags and mentions that were used in posts, annotated labels, and even colors within the content.

 

Influential Customers 

Influential Customers displays a list of your eCommerce customers who have both purchased from your store and have an Instagram presence. The list consists of the most recent 50K purchases from your website and the specific products purchased by each customer. You can easily add these customers to your prospects list to potentially reach out to for collaborations.

GRIN will display customers that fall within your “Influencer Thresholds”, which can be adjusted under “Recruitment Settings” within the Brands section of Grin.
